Newly launched Thin rye-crusted pizza in German style.
It is served in half and half portion which is great for us
to try out different flavours in one plate.
You can actually opt for two different pizzas.
Mine is Spicy Bacon and Vegetarian.
Spicy Bacon
=> served with mozarella, tomato sauce, bacon,
onions, vine ripened tomatoes and chili.
Vegetarian Pizza
=> served with grilled zucchini, mozarella, tomato sauce,
olives, semi-dried tomatoes and mushrooms.
Vegan have no worries in Brotzeit!

Rosti is Swiss potato dish in the style of a fritter
and akin to a cross between a potato pancake and a hashbrown.
Hot smoked salmon with a savoury burnt flavour,
creating delicate tender piece of smoked salmon
that burst in mouth once biting through.
Perfect for people who prefer a light dinner.

FARMER'S PLATE

A combination encapsulates the flavours of Brotzeit
serving varying flavours and textures in one dish.
A wholesome plate of Gypsy belly bacon, roast pork,
meatballs in honey rib sauce, pork cheese sausage on a bed of excellently made
mashed potatoes and sauerkraut.
The huge serving allows for sharing among a group.
My favourite in this plate was the pork cheese sausage,
can't get enough of it!

It is also known as the Emperor's pancake.
It is a shredded pancake which is named from the Austrian Emperor Franz Joseph I
who was very fond of fluffy shredded pancake.
Served with shredded tangy plum sauce.
The texture was so soft and moist.
It matches incredibly well with the plum sauce!

Molten lava cake in white chocolate version.
This was my first time trying a Lava cake in white chocolate.
Surprisingly, the sweetness of the white chocolate is well-balanced, not too sweet for me!
Crispy outside, moist and spongy inside.
